Adding Emotional Reactions Button In Wordpress
To add a reaction button on WordPress, you need to do is install and activate the DW Reactions plugin.
After you activate the plugin, you'll see a new menu in the Settings menu with name Reactions and click that menu to configure the plugin.
To display automatic reaction button in your blog posts, check the box next to "Show Reactions Button" and "Show Reactions Count" to bring up the number of visitors react to your articles.
By default, this plugin requires registered users and users must log in first if they want give their emotional reaction. But you can change these settings by unchecking the box next to the selection "Users must be registered and logged in to add reaction".
Then click the Save button to save the plugin settings that you've configuration. And now you can visit your web site to see the plugin works well and the reaction button has appeared in each of your posts.
If you only want to show reaction button to the post and the selected page, then you need to disable the automatic display by removing the check on the first two options in the plugin settings.
After that, you can use the shortcode [reactions] in post and page options that you want to show the reaction button.
