On the next page, you need to click on the Signup or sign in button using your Google account. And fill in the domain with your domain, domain specific to this column you can add multiple domains in a single account by typing each domain name by way of one line of one domain.
And click "Register" you will be taken to the page that will display the reCAPTCHA API Keys which consists of some important information in your possession.
Copy the code and paste it into the plugin settings in your WordPress admin area. Under "General Options" menu, there is a column Site Key and Secret Key. And under Main Fungtionality Please tick Form Register and Login Form, if you want to leave a comment captcha then a check for comment. And on the Theme Options You can set the display to reCAPTCHA, only there is a choice of bright and black color.
Then click Save, and to see it please logout of your admin page and try to log in again, then you'll see Google's reCAPTCHA already installed as shown below. And look cool and blend with WordPress.
